Taste of Balance is a project about Molino’s wine.
                                                The first series is dedicated to Langhe Arneis: Sibilla.
Fermented and maturated in stainless steel, it hints sliced citrus fruits. Fresh and crunchy.
The second series is about the Queen of Piemonte: Teorema.
Vivid and structured Barbaresco with loads of ripe-berry, wet-earth and truffle character.
   Full-bodied, layered and tannic.
